Booking

Please provide correct contact information so we can contact you in regard to your booking (email and phone number). Invalid details may lead to the cancellation of your booking. No food or drink that has not been prepared by our staff is permitted at Hazara – please note there are exceptions for Birthday cakes and baby food (please note we are not liable for any food we did not prepare). Please telephone if you are running late for your reservation. If we do not hear from you, we will hold your table for up to 15 minutes after the reservation time. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible and preferably at least an hour prior to the time of your booking. You can do so by sending us an e-mail at info@hazara.co.uk or calling restaurant number 020 8741 4328 Please note that further booking terms and conditions may apply to reservations during selected busy seasonal periods, including but not limited to: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, the festive seasons during November and December. Any extra terms and conditions will be stated at the point of booking. Group Booking

Depending on availability we may ask for pre-order for parties with 10+ guests Deposits may be required for larger bookings and events Credit card details may be required at seasonal periods for group bookings to secure your table.

Terms of Sales

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. If you wish to place an order with us, our Website will guide you through the ordering process. Before submitting your order to us, you will be given the opportunity to review and amend it. Please ensure that you have checked your order and that you have read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting it. If you are unsure about any part of these Terms and Conditions, please ask us for clarification.

Our Contract

In order to contract with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Hazara retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and proceed with crediting the credit/debit card used for payment with a full refund. Any delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Payment

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Time Estimates

Times given for collection/delivery are only approximate; Hazara can provide an approximate time for collection/delivery but will endeavour to provide the food purchased within the approximate time specified when you place your order.

Delivery/Collections

You may be asked to provide identification when your order is delivered/when you collect your order to prove that you are the person who purchased it.

Order Cancellation And Amendments

Once the order has been confirmed and payment taken from your account, you will be unable to cancel your order and will not be eligible for a refund. To change or cancel your order please contact the Hazara Customer Support team at info@hazara.co.uk to attempt to resolve your request. Hazara cannot guarantee your request will be accepted as food processing may already be underway.

Feedback

If the order received does not meet your expectation you can provide your feedback to Hazara by emailing info@hazara.co.uk. Feedback submitted will be reviewed and considered by the Hazara team which may result in action taken at its absolute discretion.

Variation

Hazara shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
